Service Description
45 min. of learning about mindfulness skills and other useful skills to navigate stress of daily life. As a psychologist, I find that sometimes people are not ready or simply just not interested in committing to wkly therapy and talk about themselves in details, but are looking for a safe space to be validated, to learn various strategies to navigate their life and stressors. This would be a helpful space just for yourself to use as self-care, a time to decompress, unwind, de-stress, be listened to and be validated in a non-judgmental environment with a guidance. Sessions can be offered in person or virtually and over some tea or coffee! (Please note that this is not a psychotherapy session. It is a space to learn mindfulness skills that may be helpful in managing your day to day stressors.)
