One Breath Trauma Informed Yoga

A space to pause and connect to your body, mind, and soul.  

Practice how to slow down and cultivate a sense of safety and grounding through trauma informed yoga. The practice is led by Ai Ikunaga, PsyD, TCTSY-F, RYT-500 who is a certified Kripalu Yoga and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and a licensed psychologist.
