I am grateful to have received a 2022 Schwartz Teaching for Diversity Service Practicum Award from Kripalu School of Yoga, which allowed me to offer trauma informed yoga with no charge over 6 months. From July, my intention is to still make the services accessible and will make the cost on a sliding scale. Please reach out with any questions.
